Haven’t done one of these in awhile, but we’ve had some real gems lately.

• Joanne the landlady is changing purple carpet for beige neutral color and painting again after the bountyhunter moves out. She will not be taking the plasma TVs (there are 3 of those) nor the bbq & patio furniture or the firepit or dining room table or the other piece that goes with it on along the wall? What else…oh the living room has a glass cabinet that is clear across the wall also staying. If you can live with then she will rent it beginning January 1st thru June 30th. No pet deposit 7k month + 7k security.
• Hanna’s party is for dressing up as witches. Tati can’t come but Anya is excited.
• Mary would like the DVD “Elton John RED PIANO SHOW-Elton John in Las Vegas,” Steve a relaxed chambray shirt and truffle oil, and Gail a spider.
• Jesse wanted you guys to be the first to know that he’s proposing to Grace in Santa Barbara and they finally saw Fletch. What can he say, it was a great weekend!!
